About The Guild @980

The Guild @980 is a project of ReUse Action, WNYs Largest Supplier of Surplus and Reclaimed Building Material.

In 2015, we started renting space in our building to artists and other creative people.

Here’s why:

• We only occupied the first floor of our building and the space upstairs wasn’t being put to productive use.
• Buffalo is abundantly supplied with creative people who need affordable work space.
• We’ve been supporting artists and other creative people by renting work space to them since we started The Foundry in 2012.
• We have years of experience starting up and nurturing creative communities.
• We run a lean, efficient business, know how to keep costs down and pass the savings on to our tenants.
